1. Eligibility

Our Price Match Guarantee applies if you find the same product at a lower price from another online retailer in India.

• The product must be identical (same brand, model, specifications, and condition).

• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.

• The competitor’s price must be in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Flash sales, festive/seasonal promotions, or limited-time offers.

• Bulk purchase discounts, wholesale pricing, or loyalty/member-only prices.

• Products sold on auction sites, resale platforms, or unauthorized dealers.

• Shipping, handling, or additional fees charged by competitors.

3. How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match:

2. Provide:

   • A link or screenshot of the competitor’s product listing.

   • Your order details (if you already purchased with us).

3. Once verified, we will either:

   • Match the competitor’s price before purchase, or

   • Refund the difference if you already purchased (within 7 days of order date).

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Right to Refuse

Crop _Cure reserves the right to decline a price match request if it does not meet the above conditions.
